We offer regular sizes for you to choose from. If we do not have the size you want, please select "other sizes," then add it to your cart. On the cart page, find "Order special instructions" and fill in the size you want. You can also send your size via WhatsApp or email.

We require a deposit to place an order. Paying the deposit does not represent the final price. After you place your order, we will design based on the size and photos you provide. Once you confirm our design, we will send the final quote, which includes the deposit. We will send a unique link for you to pay the remaining balance, after which we will begin production of your item.  

Deposit Refund Policy  

We can refund the full deposit before you receive our confirmation email stating "A designer has been arranged for you."  

After you receive our confirmation email, we will refund 20%-50% of the deposit based on the designer's progress.  

Once you confirm our design, we can only refund 10% of the deposit.  

Product Refund Policy  

Before you receive our confirmation email stating "Your order has started production," we will refund the entire difference excluding the deposit.  

After you receive our confirmation email, we will refund 20%-80% of the difference excluding the deposit based on the progress.  

Once your order is completed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund, and we will ship your item immediately.
