Logistics Partners
To enhance the customer experience and ensure that customers receive their packages as soon as possible, we prefer to use FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS as our logistics partners. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will switch to postal services instead. -
Order Production Time
Once our customers place orders for customized products, the production time will depend on the complexity of the customization. We will evaluate the estimated time required and inform you accordingly. Please understand that the production cycle of handmade products may be quite long. After the production is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Fees
In the United States: Free shipping and tax exemption.
In the United Kingdom: Free shipping and tax exemption.
In Germany: Free delivery and tax exemption. -
After placing an order, you will receive an email containing detailed order information. After the order is completed, you will receive an email indicating the completion of production. Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of the package.

After Shipment
Orders for Custom Lampshades will have the package received within 10 - 15 days.
Orders for Custom Tiffany glass panel will have the product received within 18 - 25 days. -
Important Notes
Our order processing time is from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Packages cannot be delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as it cannot be modified during the shipping process.
